Elevated Heel Squat
Versatile way of using balance kit to elevate heel. This is best for at home of gym use to allow for knees, ankles, and hips to be activated. Elevated heel reduces lumbar flexion and creates less strain on the lower back.
Align balance kit in line to each other (Similar to the Calf Raise)
Place heels over balance kit
Begin Squat with high range of motion
